1. A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court
2. A Clerk to a Barrister and Solicitor
3. A Commissioned Officer currently serving in the defence force
4. A Councillor of a municipality
5. A Dentist
6. The Diplomatic OR Consular Officer of an Australian Embassy, High Commission OR Consulate, either in Australia OR overseas
7. A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives
8. A Holder of statutory office for which an annual salary is payable
9. A Judge OR Master of Federal, State and Territory Courts
10. A Justice of the Peace
11. A Legally qualified Medical Practitioner
12. The Manager of a Bank
13. A Member of Court Staff
14. A Member of Federal OR State Parliament
15. A Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Australian Society of Accountants, OR the National Institute of Accountants
16. A Member of the Police Force
17. A Minister of Religion who is an authorised Marriage Celebrant
18. A Notary Public
19. A Pharmacist
20. A Postal Manager
21. A Principal in the teaching service
22. A Public Employee – current full-time employee of Commonwealth, State, Territory OR Local Government OR Statutory Authority, who has been employed for at least 5 years by one OR more of these employers.
23. A Registered Conveyancer
24. A Registered Nurse
25. A Registrar of Federal, State OR Territory Courts
