The Equity Access Mastercard provides direct access to our Equity Access and NoFin Equity Access products. The Equity Access Mastercard does NOT have an interest free period OR a rewards program. Instead the Card provides borrowers with a MasterCard facility at a home loan interest rate.

The aim of the Equity Access Mastercard is to provide Cardholders with an additional means of access to their Equity Access OR NoFin Equity Access loan account. To use the Equity Access Mastercard, the borrower requires sufficient equity in their loan facility.

Where I can use the Equity Access MasterCard?

The Equity Access Mastercard can be utilised by making purchases through participating MasterCard merchants and cash drawdowns from ATMs & financial institutions displaying the MasterCard logo.

Transactions made using the Card are processed to the Equity Access OR NoFin Equity Access account on a daily basis and are available for viewing online at www.bettermm.com.au OR by calling 1300 360 801 for the cost of a local call anywhere within Australia.

What interest rate applies to the Equity Access MasterCard?

Transactions made using the Equity Access MasterCard are processed to the account to which the card is linked (Equity Access OR NoFin Equity Access), when processed to the account these transactions attract the same rate of interest as any other transaction on that account.

The interest rate on the outstanding balance on that account is the LoC interest rate applicable to that account. The Card interest rate is therefore much lower than the interest rates of many other credit card facilities.

Are there any interest free days available on the Equity Access MasterCard?

No. The card puts a great rate ahead of interest free days. The Equity Access MasterCard delivers access to loan funds at the loan interest rate.

Where can the card be used?

The Card can be used to make purchases at any merchant who accepts MasterCard. Additionally, the card may be used internationally wherever the MasterCard symbol is displayed.
