Section 6: Terms and Conditions
Accreditation with Better Mortgage Management requires the following:
  1. A copy of current Professional Indemnity Insurance Certificate of Currency, indicating adequate coverage for the party entering into the agreement (minimum $1,000,000.00 per claim).
  2. Evidence of Australian Credit Licence or Credit Representative No.
  3. AFCA Membership Certificate.
  4. MFAA or FBAA Membership Certificate.
  5. Legible copy of Photo ID.
  6. Letter of employment, from the Employer on Company Letterhead.
  7. Attendance at a BMM training session for all individuals to be introducing the BMM loan products.
  8. Receive Product and/ or Service updates from BMM via Email or Mail.
