Customer Loyalty Rebate Voucher – Terms and Conditions
Your Mortgage Adviser and/or BMM will need to take into consideration your ability to service the loan, your credit history, as well as many other factors to determine whether you are eligible for a BMM loan product. 1| Only valid to current Better Mortgage Management customers who place another loan with Better Mortgage Management or increase their current Better Mortgage Management loan by a minimum of $100,000. 2| This rebate voucher MUST be provided at time of application, and will be applied at settlement; after payment (by the applicant) of all outstanding fees and will not be valid if the voucher is provided: Prior to application submission, during the period between application submission & settlement, or after settlement. 3| If claimed, customers MUST pay all applicable loan fees first; and once confirmation of payment has been received; Better Mortgage Management will provide you with a $300 rebate. 4| Voucher CANNOT be claimed as a credit or reduction of fees or as a reduction of your loan repayment. 5| This Rebate Voucher will not be refunded for cash. 6| Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Some customers may not qualify. This voucher cannot be sold or transferred as part of a commercial arrangement. Limit of 1 voucher per person / loan.
